Powerscreen’s Chieftain 2100X is an upgrade of the Chieftain 2100 triple-deck dry screen. Available as a two- or three-deck unit, the 2100X has a 14 percent greater bottom deck screen area to provide much improved screening capability, as well as greater stockpile capacity. These units set up quickly and use a transverse power unit (CAT 4.4 ACERT).
The Chieftain 2100X features an adjustable high amplitude two-bearing screen action, an oversize auxiliary stockpile conveyor that hydraulically folds and transports, and there are walkways on three sides. Typical applications include concrete/asphalt rubble, sand/gravel, topsoil, coal and crushed stone.
