An economical tool for processing concrete, the Genesis Demolition Recycler (GDR) is designed for third-member use on machines in the 45,000-pound class and larger. The GDR delivers 115 tons of crushing force at the tip, a 32-inch jaw depth, a jaw opening of 35 inches, and a quick 5.5 second cycle time (at 66 gpm). Units deliver power without the use of an intensifier, and can be custom-configured, with as few as five pulverizing teeth and 16-inch blades, to as many as 19 pulverizing teeth and a four-inch cutting blade. The GDR excels at high-reach demolition projects, crushing concrete, cutting pipe, rebar and medium-gauge steel, and with a tooth-heavy configuration, is also effective at downsizing oversized debris in concrete recycling applications.
