High-performance screen media

Flex-Mat 3 high-performance, self-cleaning screen media is designed for use on all three screen decks of a screen box. Using Flex-Mat 3 on three decks will increase production of cleaner in-spec product and reduce costs, requiring only a change in screen cloth. Units have the breadth of wire diameters and opening sizes to work on all three decks – from 30 mesh up to four inches. On the top deck, because its wires vibrate independently, Flex-Mat 3 will eliminate pegging, and the need to shut down for cleaning or prematurely replacing the panels. On the middle deck, Flex-Mat 3 is designed to eliminate blinding, pegging and clogging. On the bottom deck, fines will not build up, eliminating blinding, and resulting in clean, properly sized material being produced.
