Clean screening media introduced

Metso Minerals has introduced Trellex LS HiPer Clean screening modules for the mining and aggregates industries. The advanced HiPer Clean rubber panels are guaranteed to stay clean – even in high-moisture applications. This product is made from a proprietary rubber compound that prevents wet material from sticking and blinding over screens. Trellex LS HiPer Clean panels eliminate the need to stop production and unplug the panels. This product is ideal for applications that require highly accurate screening and finer separations, and is manufactured using an injected molded rubber process that ensures consistent material performance throughout the screen. LS panels are lighter in weight, higher in open area, and are made from the longest lasting rubbers and polyurethanes available. The panels can be adapted to competitive modular systems, allowing the end user to easily take full advantage of the superior Trellex wear life. Trellex LS HiPer is Metso’s most advanced screening media product line, offering high load capacity, efficient material screening and zero interruptions due to pegging or blinding. HiPer Clean is the first of three products in this new series, and is to be followed later in 2008 by Hi-Per Life and HiPer Flow modules.
