The latest addition to Ohio Magnetics’ SUPER LOAD-STAR Circuit- Magnet Series, the 48 SLS-SUPER LOAD-STAR is a 48-inch diameter, electro-lifting magnet with extremely high levels of lifting capacity. Units feature a rugged, cast case and a deep field design with increased duty-cycle for enhanced magnetic operation in scrap and other applications.
This new model also provides for a cooler operating temperature to promote an extended service life and is available with an optional LSX Heavy-Duty Bottom Plate. The 48 SLS features 46 cold amps at 230 Volts, a 10 KW generator and weighs 3,400 pounds.
