Triple-deck dry screen processes 500 tons/hour

Built for large-scale operations, the Chieftain 2100 triple-deck, 20-foot by five-foot dry screen provides constant, uniform sizing and can process up to 500 tons/hour, depending on mesh size and material type. The force in the screen is 25 percent greater due to larger bearings, providing optimum performance in wet, sticky applications and aggressive 10mm throw (9mm under load). An angle-adjustable tipping grid is radio controlled, and the plant is highly mobile and sets up in 15 minutes. The 2100’s triple-deck screen is riveted, not welded, mounted on 12 springs, and has an oil-filled two-bearing system to eliminate constant greasing. Other key features include hydraulic screen angle adjustment and screen tensioning, hydraulic folding side conveyors, high-performance all-hydraulic pumps and motors, and an optional vibrating grizzly. Typical applications include concrete/ asphalt rubble, sand/gravel, topsoil, coal and crushed stone. A Deutz 2012C diesel power features an engine-protection shutdown system, and an optional tri-axle bogie system allows the machine to be transported without a low loader.
