Next generation of track crushers
The Hybrid Traxx is the latest track-mounted impactor plant from Eagle Crusher, and features diesel electrical power for both the impactor and the plant, with hydraulic operation powering the tracks. The Eagle Hybrid Traxx is easily transportable, features a compact design and can work in tandem with other stationary or mobile equipment. The plant offers the ultimate in portability and mobility, and is fully self-powered and ready to crush within minutes of pulling onto a jobsite. The Hybrid Traxx features an open loop hydraulic system and single pump operation, and there is virtually 100 percent filtration of hydraulic fluid. The machine also features a 42-inch by 40-foot conveyor fixed at a 10-foot discharge height, allowing for direct loading of trucks, and is equipped with the new UltraMax II 4144 next generation impac-tor. It has hydraulically-adjustable curtains for precise product control and reduced wear costs, and wireless, hand-held remote control with 30-foot tether backup.

Units are powered by a 325-hp diesel engine, feature a 5/8-inch steel hopper, massive 42-inch by 32-inch feed opening, a 25-hp variable speed feeder control, and the machine’s generator is factory-equipped with a turbo pre-cleaner.
