Portable drum scale for onsite scrap weighments
These Portable Drum and Barrel Scales include a digital weight indicator with keypad selectable conversion units and RS-232 computer-compatibility. Units store vertically on only 4.5 inches of floor space and have built-in wheels and handles for weighing drums of scrap metal onsite where they’re being filled and stored. They are easily transported on a truck and feature a battery-powered digital weight indicator with a five-digit, one-inch LCD display that can be mounted anywhere.
Equipped with live rails for weighing skids, crates and other types of containers, the Alliance/Cardinal Portable Drum and Barrel Scale is designed for versatility, and measures only 30 inches by 40 inches by 4.5 inches (length/width/ height) and weighs only 105 pounds. Units are made of heavy-duty steel with a baked-on powder finish, and are available in 500- and 1,000-pound capacity models. An optional stainless steel version is available.
