MDS-25GTX mobile destruction system
Processing approximately 4,000 to 5,000 lbs/hr and offering a legal payload capacity of approximately 10,000 pounds, the model MDS-25GTX features optimized operator efficiency and safety, with automatic curb-side loading, user-friendly controls, and an innovative camera and monitor system.
The heart of the MDS-25GTX is Shred-Tech’s custom designed and engineered ST-25XH hydraulic shredder. Material is shredded and then compacted into a storage compartment via auger discharge, and units feature hub knives, high strength alloy shafts and false walls to protect bearings.
These shredder trucks are also equipped with a new patent pending Gripper Tipper bin tunnel loading system, which allows for quick and easy loading of all industry-standard containers and ensures materials are protected from environmental elements such as wind and rain. Plus, all controls, including the LDCD viewing monitor, are accessible from street level for safe and efficient operation. The MDS-25GTX offers a choice of unloading mechanisms: a hydraulic dump-body or an active floor unloading system.
