Roll-off weighing system

Vulcan On-Board Scales now offers an on-board scale for roll-offs using an easy-to-use meter and electronic system to simplify customer use. The system typically provides accuracy within one percent of gross vehicle weights, and is recommended for both on-road and off-road applications. Massive engine bays: room for The Vulcan roll-off scale uses pin-style 13.5 cu.yd. hopper standard load cells for the rear hinge and a hydraulic sensor to monitor the front lift cylinders. The system also includes a rear hinge assembly that features composite bushings. This unique feature assures maximum durability, accuracy, and long load cell life. The rear hinge assembly is welded in place, just like a normal hinge.
