Toter's new cart body is made out of 100 percent recycled material

The new cart is the latest of several sustainable waste disposal products from Toter.

Toter's new EVR-Green cart body is made of 100 percent recycled material. Manufactured with a variety of recycled materials and entirely without the use of virgin resin, the two-wheeled cart is, according to Toter, the first fully recycled cart body and fully recyclable cart on the market.

While the cart body is made of 100 percent recycled material, the lid and wheels will initially contain recycled content as Toter works to eventually offer the lid and wheels in a fully recycled form.

The EVR-Green cart body is built with Toter's rotational molding process. The roto-molded design helps to minimize the built-in stress, weakness, and brittleness associated with injection-molded waste containers typically found in the marketplace.

The EVR-Green cart body includes a single-piece design, consistent wall thickness, and resistance against corrosion and chemicals. The cart, which will also feature material upcycled from old carts, will initially be available in black and features structural capabilities like sealed stop bar journals and granite finish.
