Industrial Magnetics has acquired all the assets of Walker Magnetics Group, effective immediately. This includes Walker Magnetics, Walker Magnetics Group, OS Walker and Walker National.  

"We believe the products our respective companies design and manufacture are extremely complimentary and will scale well together. We fully intend to be a thoughtful steward to the Walker Magnetics legacy and to grow both brands in a meaningful manner," says Dennis O'Leary, Chief Business Development Officer at Industrial Magnetics.
