​McNeilus expands industry leading parts, service and support network

McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc. announced at WasteExpo 2018 this week in Las Vegas that they have expanded their industry-leading parts, service and support network. The expansion effort includes Rush Truck Centers as an additional authorized parts and service provider in the Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Nevada and New Mexico markets.  McNeilus factory-trained technicians will continue to support all markets.

"Providing customers with more options to best meet their needs after the sale is one of our primary objectives.  This initiative with Rush Truck Centers helps us accomplish that," said Brad Nelson, president of Oshkosh Corporation's Commercial Segment and McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing. "They will help us provide the additional local support in these areas to continue to deliver outstanding customer service." 

McNeilus will provide technician training for each authorized Rush Truck Center location to ensure extensive product service knowledge for personnel.  With these key geographic locations, the addition of Rush Truck Centers to the McNeilus network is part of an overall strategy to continue to provide the best parts, service and support to our customers.
