The Bollegraaf fully automated HBC balers turn large quantities of waste into homogenous bales. The installations are perfect for wastepaper, cardboard, synthetics and cans, and can deal with all these types of waste without any problems.The capacity and compaction force of the HBC balers ranges from 25 to 180 tonnes. This means that capacity can be entirely tailored to the volume of waste handled by the company.

Design and engineering

Performance is the key
Bollegraaf balers are equipped with patented RotoClean needle heads which have a self-cleaning design and are therefore maintenance friendly.
The ram cylinder has a differential travel when the compression force is not required. The piston rod has a larger diameter compared to a standard cylinder. These adjustments ensure maximum travel speed for the ram cylinder at low motor power.
