The Bollegraaf fully automated HBC balers turn large quantities of waste into homogenous bales. The installations are perfect for wastepaper, cardboard, synthetics and cans, and can deal with all these types of waste without any problems. The capacity and compaction force of the HBC balers ranges from 25 to 180 tonnes. This means that capacity can be entirely tailored to the volume of waste handled by the company.

Features & Benefits

Pre-press flap

It allows you to process twice as much material per cycle than with a shear baler requiring less power to achieve the same capacity. Its higher filling ratio results in compact, rectangular bales.

Design and engineering

The use of a welding robot and sophisticated measuring instruments ensures that our balers are consistent in quality and measurements and experience less wear and tear.

Hydraulics

Bollegraaf balers are equipped with a sophisticated, highly efficient hydraulics system. The use of double pumps ensures maximum speed at maximum compacting force.

Product range

The capacity and compaction force of the Bollegraaf HBC fully automated balers ranges from 35 to 180 tonnes. This means that capacity can be entirely tailored to the volume of waste handled by the company.

Performance is the key

Bollegraaf balers are equipped with patented RotoClean needle heads which have a self-cleaning design and are therefore maintenance friendly.

Cylinders

The ram cylinder has a differential travel when the compression force is not required. The piston rod has a larger diameter compared to a standard cylinder. These adjustments ensure maximum travel speed for the ram cylinder at low motor power.
