HAMMEL VB 850DK Primary Shredder
The HAMMEL VB 850 is our second largest primary shredder and is available stationary (either diesel or electric), or on tracks. At only 8' 3" wide, the VB 850 combines unequaled throughput volumes while still remaining under-width for transportation in the U.S. With its high production volume, power, and mobility, the VB 850 is ideal for large transfer stations, landfills, scrap yards, as well as on-site demolition projects.
HAMMEL VB 950DK “Red Giant”
The HAMMEL VB 950, also known as the "Red Giant", is our biggest, most powerful shredder. Equipped with a 710 HP CAT C-18, the Red Giant is the perfect solution for large volume applications dealing with the toughest materials. Its throughput capacity of up to 200 tons/hour in MSW, or 150 tons/hour in C&D is sure to get the job done in time. The HAMMEL VB 950 comes standard on tracks but is also available stationary.
