November 26th, the Honourable Glen Murray, Minister of the Environment and Climate Change, introduced Bill 151 (Waste-Free Ontario Act, 2015). The bill includes Schedule 1 (Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2015) and Schedule 2 (Waste Diversion Transition Act, 2015). Bill 151 will be available on the EBR here.
Along with Bill 151, the Minister released the government’s Draft Strategy for a Waste-Free Ontario: Building the Circular Economy. This strategy is available on the EBR here.
