Vibratory screeners produce four streams

Vibratory screeners produce four streams
These High Energy flatdeck vibratory screeners, models S130 (shown) and S190 include design updates that produce four streams of graded material. Triple-deck models use the addition of a fourth product conveyor that comes with a hydraulic folding feature, allowing for multiple height and angle options, and which requires no disassembly for transportation – the conveyer simply folds into its transport position hydraulically.

With their robust construction for processing heavy and oversize materials, these screeners achieve exceptional rates of production thanks to the use of the advanced High Energy screenbox developed by McCloskey in 2007. These screenboxes maximize the total screen area on each screening deck and operate with a longer, more powerful vibratory stroke than comparable machines in their size class. Plus, a cross-conveyor system on these plants eliminates spillage and blockages as the four product streams are conveyed to their stockpiles.

Paschal McCloskey, President and founder of McCloskey International, says the High Energy Screenbox is ideal for these triple-deck units. “With the power and capacity of these machines,” he says, “all four product streams can move through with exceptional efficiency. Each conveyor is independently controlled, so the operator has complete flexibility to optimize rates of production for all type of material.”
